Page 2, line 1, after "G." insert "beginning with the 2010-2011 school year"
Line 3, after "ACTIVITIES" strike remainder of line, insert "shall not spend more than a total of five hundred dollars per SCHOOL YEAR from the contributions received for character education programs or extracurricular activities per student enrolled in those programs."
After line 19, insert:
"Sec. 2. Retroactivity
This act applies retroactively to taxable years beginning from and after December 31, 2009."
