Page 18, between lines 13 and 14, insert:
"E. The assessment prescribed in this section shall be limited to the following amounts:
1. In fiscal year 2010‑2011, five and one‑half per cent of the revenue control limit pursuant to section 15‑947.
2. In fiscal year 2011‑2012, four per cent of the revenue control limit pursuant to section 15‑947.
3. In fiscal year 2012‑2013, two and one‑half per cent of the revenue control limit pursuant to section 15‑947."
Page 22, after line 26, insert:
"Sec. 10. Delayed repeal
Section 15-917, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after June 30, 2013."
