A chapter on Aid in Dying is added to public health statutes providing that a qualified patient may make a written request for medication to end the patient's life.

Basic and preventive dental care is added to the list of services provided to members of Arizona's long term care system to an annual maximum of $1,000 per member. Makes two separate appropriations from the general fund in fiscal 07-08 as the state match for federal fund: $2 million to AHCCCS and $1.7 million to the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
